July 25-29, 2012 at Towson University, located in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area
The Bridges Conference, the largest mathematics and art interdisciplinary conference in the world, has traveled to cities in North America and Europe, and attracted participants from over thirty countries.
The conference will feature presentations of full and short papers, hands-on workshops, invited talks, an art exhibition, a math/art short movie festival, a theatre night, a music night, a mathematical poetry reading, a math/art excursion, and a family day.
Papers will be published in the refereed conference proceedings.
Paper Submission Deadlines:
Regular Papers: 1 February 2012 Deadline Extended: 5 February 2012
Workshop Papers: 1 March 2012
Short Papers: 15 March 2012 Deadline Extended: 18 March 2012
Acceptance Notifications: 30 March 2012 6 April 2012 at the latest
Final Submissions: 30 April 2012
Art Exhibition Deadlines:
Artworks should be submitted between February 15 and March 15, 2012.
Acceptance Notifications: 15 April 2012
Short Movie Festival Deadlines:
Movies should be submitted between May 15 and June 15, 2012.
